This Refund and Returns Policy is drafted in favor of RaMed Care and governs all purchases made on our website and LMS platform. By enrolling in any course, the user expressly agrees to this policy.

1. Nature of Services (Critical Clause)

RaMed Care provides digital educational services, including:

LMS access
Recorded and live training sessions
Digital learning materials

As per applicable Indian laws, digital services once accessed are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

A duplicate payment is made for the same course

Technical issues caused by user devices or internet
Failure to complete course within validity period
Violation of rules or misconduct
Promotional, discounted, or offer-based enrollments

5. Payment Gateway & Charges

All gateway charges, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable
Refunds (if approved) will be processed only to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–21 business days

6. Chargeback & Dispute Clause (Strong Protection)

Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal raised with banks or payment gateways without contacting RaMed Care first shall be treated as:

Breach of contract
Misuse of services

RaMed Care reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate LMS access
Block future enrollments
Recover losses through legal means

7. Legal Standing
